HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR REGRET: If you are not satisfied with the product or have regretted the purchase, you can request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.
We do not make refunds for personalized products.
Send an email to help.arenaboots@gmail.com, informing your full name and order number. You will receive the refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when making the purchase in our virtual store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR PRODUCTS WITH DEFECT: According to Brazilian legislation, in the case of items with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.
Please send an email to help.arenaboots@gmail.com, informing your full name, order number and details about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will analyze your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when making the purchase in our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive the refund.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS: In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Law, the shipping costs for the return of products due to the right of withdrawal or items with a manufacturing defect will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.
You will receive a shipping authorization code by email after your return request and you must send the merchandise at a post office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest that you use the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if not damaged) or a suitable box that preserves the parts during transport.

A: If the refund is made in the form of a credit, it will be available on the same invoice, if it is still open, or on the next one, if the current one has already been closed. Therefore, the refund on the credit card can take up to 45 business days.

A: If the purchase was made in installments, the purchase amount is returned to your invoice in the form of a credit, paying the installment for that month. If you have already paid your invoice, the refund will be made the following month, eliminating the expense.

A: To know if your purchase has already been refunded, it is important to pay attention to the information on your invoice. The easiest way to find out is to look for any credit generated in the name of the establishment where the purchase was made.
